Twin Lakes Recreation

Surrounded by public lands – Twin Lakes has recreation options for all ages and ability levels. Get out on the Lake in a boat, kayak, canoe or SUP. Hike or bike the shore using the network of trails around and above the lakes including sections of the Colorado Trail and Continental Divide Trail. Feeling adventurous? Climb a 13,000 or 14,000 foot peak, Twin Lakes is surrounded by them. In the winter come for ice fishing, snow shoeing and cross country skiing as the snow blanketed town is a great place to escape to.
