Tennessee Pass Cookhouse

Hungry for an exceptional dining experience above and beyond the metro-cuisine scene? Take a refreshing one mile ski, snowshoe, bike or hike to the Tennessee Pass Cookhouse and savor an elegant evening of four-course dining in an idyllic back country setting. Dinner is by reservation only.

Dinner entrees include such deliciousness as Colorado rack of lamb with a fresh herb gremolata, rainbow trout with a lemon and dill stuffing, and grilled elk tenderloin with a port reduction of blueberry and sage.
